Our shrubs are crafted in the Grand Lodge Fermentation Chamber starting with the centuries-old Orleans method of vinegar making, using Edgefield wines and ales. Fresh fruits, herbs and simple syrup are added to create unique flavors, making these shrubs delicious in cocktails, mocktails, vinaigrettes and gastrique.
Note refrigerate upon arrival and store cold.
BRAMBLE & BRIAR BLACKBERRY SHRUB
The marriage of Black Rabbit Red Wine Vinegar with local blackberries yields an intense flavor, just the thing to make a sparkling water or lemonade captivating. Or use it in mojitos and rum spritzers with Edgefield Distillery Three Rocks Rum. Bramble & Briar Blackberry Shrub is a seasonal shrub starting in August.

In a tumbler combine:
1 Shot Monkey Puzzle
1 Shot Bramble & Briar Blackberry Shrub
¼ shot Runny Honey
1-3 drops Rose Water
Shake and strain into a sugar-rimmed cocktail glass
Garnish with fresh rose petal or blackberry
