Our shrubs are crafted in the Grand Lodge Fermentation Chamber starting with the centuries-old Orleans method of vinegar making, using Edgefield wines and ales. Fresh fruits, herbs and simple syrup are added to create unique flavors, making these shrubs delicious in cocktails, mocktails, vinaigrettes and gastrique.
Note refrigerate upon arrival and store cold.
STRAWBERRY MOON SHRUB
The classic combination of strawberries and rhubarb gets a subtle kick when infused with vinegar made from Edgefield White Rabbit Wine. McMenamins cocktail specialists dreamed up this delight for early summer afternoons: McMenamins Herbal Liqueur No. 7, Strawberry Moon Shrub, lemon juice and simple syrup. Drinking in a hammock recommended. Strawberry Moon Shrub is a seasonal shrub starting in April.

Strawberry Moons Forever
In a tumbler combine:
1 shot lemon juice
½ shot simple syrup
½ shot Strawberry Moon Shrub
1 shot Herbal Liqueur No. 7
Add ice, shake and strain into a sugar rimmed cocktail glass
Garnish with full lemon wheel
