Our shrubs are crafted in the Grand Lodge Fermentation Chamber starting with the centuries-old Orleans method of vinegar making, using Edgefield wines and ales. Fresh fruits, herbs and simple syrup are added to create unique flavors, making these shrubs delicious in cocktails, mocktails, vinaigrettes and gastrique.
Note refrigerate upon arrival and store cold.
VANILLA FIG JIG SHRUB
Vanilla plus fig makes for a creamy smooth all-around flavor. Add house made vinegar and you’ve balanced the scales at perfection. Stir Vanilla Fig Jig Shrub into McMenamins Pot Still Brandy, honey, sun tea and elderflower liqueur for a refreshing late-summer cocktail. Vanilla Fig Jig Shrub is a seasonal shrub starting in September.

1 Shot Vanilla Fig Jig Shrub
2 Shots Refreshing Sun Tea of your choice
¼ Shot Runny Honey
¼ Shot St. Germain Elderflower liqueur
Shake and strain into an ice-packed Mason Jar
Garnish with a lemon wheel
