We selected a choice barrel of our finest malt whiskey and dry-hopped it with Teamaker hops, which contain no bitterness. The mix is sweetened with a touch of blackberry honey, harvested from hives found on the Edgefield estate. The result is a bit of a puzzle itself, but a truly great one. There are strong flavors of malt, vanilla and caramel mixed in with citrus hop characteristics and blackberry honey sweetness.

- Oregon Liquor Control Commission permits us to ship within the state of Oregon within these limitations:
- Up to 6 bottle of spirits (no more than 2 of the same)
- Up to 40 cans or bottles of beer
- Up to 18 cans of cider
- One order per customer per day (if we receive more than one order in a day going to the same address, we will have to hold the order until the next business day)
- Alcohol will be shipped by GLS, a licensed OLCC carrier. Adult signature of a person 21 and over is required upon receipt. We recommend shipping to an address where someone 21 or older will be present to sign for the delivery. Carriers cannot deliver to PO boxes; a physical street address is required. Packages will be returned after three delivery attempts, and shipping will not be refunded.

1 Shot Bramble & Briar Blackberry Shrub
¼ shot Runny Honey
1-3 drops Rose Water
Shake and strain into a sugar-rimmed cocktail glass
Garnish with fresh rose petal or blackberry
Pumpkin Spice and Everything Nice
In a tumbler combine:
1 shot Monkey Puzzle
½ shot Herbal Liqueur No 7
½ shot apple cider
1 shot Pumpkin Spice Shrub
Shake and strain into an ice packed bucket glass
Top with layer of whip and garnish with cinnamon and nutmeg
