Our shrubs are crafted in the Grand Lodge Fermentation Chamber starting with the centuries-old Orleans method of vinegar making, using Edgefield wines and ales. Fresh fruits, herbs and simple syrup are added to create unique flavors, making these shrubs delicious in cocktails, mocktails, vinaigrettes and gastrique.
COSMIC COOL AID SHRUB Drinking Vinegar
Originally concocted for the Cosmic Tripster this sweet-tart fermented brew gained such a following that our fermentista started brewing it for everyone! Tropical fruits join coconut water to create a delicious tie-dye bright addition to your morning smoothie or evening cocktail. Cosmic Cool Aid Shrub is available all year round.

- Ingredients: Coconut water, McMenamins raw apple cider vinegar, cane sugar, dragon fruit, pineapple juice, orange juice, lime juice, guava puree.
Cosmic Burst
In a pint glass with ice, combine:
½ shot Cosmic Cool Aid Shrub
½ shot orange juice
1 shot pineapple juice
Stir & top off with & lemon lime soda
Garnish with a half an orange wheel
