Our shrubs are crafted in the Grand Lodge Fermentation Chamber starting with the centuries-old Orleans method of vinegar making, using Edgefield wines and ales. Fresh fruits, herbs and simple syrup are added to create unique flavors, making these shrubs delicious in cocktails, mocktails, vinaigrettes and gastrique.
Note refrigerate upon arrival and store cold.
ALL BLUES BERRY SHRUB
Fresh local and Grand Lodge blueberries are the essence of this delightful shrub. Infused with lavender to complement the berries, it pairs as well with lemonade or limeade as with cocktails. Mix it with elderflower liqueur, vodka and soda, or add a splash to a lavender lemon drop. All Blues Berry Shrub is available all year round.

ALL BLUES BERRY DROP
In a tumbler combine:
1 shot All Blues Berry Shrub
½ shot lemon juice
½ shot simple syrup
1 shot Blueberry Vodka
Add ice, shake & strain
Serve in a sugar-rimmed cocktail glass
Garnished with lavender and blueberry
