Our shrubs are crafted in the Grand Lodge Fermentation Chamber starting with the centuries-old Orleans method of vinegar making, using Edgefield wines and ales. Fresh fruits, herbs and simple syrup are added to create unique flavors, making these shrubs delicious in cocktails, mocktails, vinaigrettes and gastrique.
Note refrigerate upon arrival and store cold.
SMASHING PUMPKIN-SPICED SHRUB
Toasty aromas of fall in this shrub make it just right for a pumpkin-pie spiked hot toddy. Wrap your hands around one made with McMenamins Three Rocks Rum or High Council Brandy and sit back to the crunching of leaves, autumn bonfires and warm gatherings. In an Irish coffee mug combine
1 Shot Aval Pota
1 Shot Smashing Pumpkin Spice Shrub
Fill with hot water and garnish with a cinnamon stick
Pumpkin Spice and Everything Nice
In a tumbler combine:
1 shot Monkey Puzzle
½ shot Herbal Liqueur No 7
½ shot apple cider
1 shot Pumpkin Spice Shrub
Shake and strain into an ice packed bucket glass
Top with layer of whip and garnish with cinnamon and nutmeg
