Inspired by the redeye gravy of the South, this barbecue sauce strikes out into new territory. It begins as expected, with a slightly tangy tomato-y base, then, with the addition of our cold brew coffee, gets a surprisingly delicious kick of nuttiness, depth and...coffee. We like it with carnitas and beef brisket, but the possibilities are limitless! Made in celebration of the 25th anniversary of our coffee roaster. We've been roasting since 2001!
