The Edgefield Distillery, located on the historic 1911 Edgefield property in Troutdale, Ore., handcrafts a selection of spirits including Hogshead Whiskey, Vintners Gin, Pear Brandy, Coffee Liqueur and more. Visitors to the Distillery can see the 12-foot, gleaming copper Holstein still in action while enjoying a cocktail from the adjoining Distillery Bar.
