Using barrels fresh from our own distillery or winery, we house a seasonal selection of coffee beans for three months of aging – at which time the beans absorb the barrel flavor, then we roast them, bag them, and send them to our gift shops. The flavor that the spirits have imparted on the coffee gives it a nice whiskey aroma and flavor without the alcohol content.
Current Flavor: Hogshead Whiskey Barrel Aged Sumatra
This coffee has notes of chocolate and walnut, oak on the finish. It is a rich full bodied coffee.
