2007 Blanc de Noir: Pale straw in color, the 2007 Blanc de Noir has fruity aromas of red delicious apple, lemon zest and cranberry, with hints of toast and chalk dust. On the palate it is light and fruity, with flavors mirroring the nose. The finish is clean and crisp, making it the perfect choice for most foods and any occasion.    

2008 Cabernet: Bright garnet in color, this medium bodied Cabernet has aromas of white pepper, coffee, basil, black cherry, plum, cola and vanilla. With medium acidity and big tannins this Cabernet has the ability to age well, up to 10 years.    

2006 Fireside Zinfandel: This ruby ‘port-style' wine was made in the traditional method of harvesting and fermenting overly ripe grapes and stopping fermentation mid way by adding neutral grape spirits, leaving the wine high in sugar as well as alcohol. The 2005 Fireside has aromas of raisins, figs, brown sugar and caramel. Due to its 20% alcohol and high residual sugar, it is an age worthy wine that will gain complexity and mellow over the next decade.
