Originally created to be the sister blend of the Black Rabbit Red, our third vintage proves it is here to stay! Balanced and approachable with aromas of summer ripe peaches, guava and tangerine it is medium bodied and dry with a long fruity finish. A blend of 60% Viognier, 31% Chardonnay, 6% Gewurztraminer and 3% Riesling, the 2008 White Rabbit is our best vintage yet!

The Edgefield Winery is located at the mouth of the Columbia River Gorge at McMenamins Edgefield on the site of the historic 1911 Multnomah County Poor Farm. Our White Rabbit blend is composed of 40% Chardonnay, 20% Estate-Grown Pinot Gris, 20% Viognier, 15% Gewürztraminer and 5% White Riesling. Dry and crisp, this vintage has pronounced fruit aromas of apricot preserves, lemon zest and peach as well as floral notes of honeysuckle.
