This is our fifth vintage of White Rabbit continues to accelerate toward a fruit forward blend. The aromatic Viognier has increased to 48%, while 37% Pinot Gris forms a nice tight frame for the 15% Gewürztraminer’s added spiciness. Balanced and approachable, with abundant aromas of ripe peaches, guava and tangerine, it is medium bodied and dry.

The Edgefield Winery is located at the mouth of the Columbia River Gorge at McMenamins Edgefield on the site of the historic 1911 Multnomah County Poor Farm. Foods that best complement our '09 White Rabbit are dishes that are light in flavor, such as seafood and chicken, as well as dishes that have subtle spice. Salads, sandwiches, grilled veggies and light cheeses are all great matches.
