Our sixth vintage of White Rabbit continues to accelerate toward a fruit forward blend. Dry, crisp and medium bodied, with abundant aromas of ripe peaches, guava and tangerine. Cooler sites in the Willamette and Rogue valleys provide the bedrock fruit while warmer sites in the Columbia valley add more spice and floral aromatics.

The Edgefield Winery is located at the mouth of the Columbia River Gorge at McMenamins Edgefield on the site of the historic 1911 Multnomah County Poor Farm. Foods that best complement our '09 White Rabbit are dishes that are light in flavor, such as seafood and chicken, as well as dishes that have subtle spice. Salads, sandwiches, grilled veggies and light cheeses are all great matches.
