Bright garnet in color, this medium bodied Cabernet has aromas of white pepper, coffee, basil, black cherry, plum, cola and vanilla. With medium acidity and big tannins this Cabernet has the ability to age well, up to 10 years.

The Edgefield Winery is located at the mouth of the Columbia River Gorge at historic McMenamins Edgefield, site of the former Multnomah County Poor Farm (ca. 1911).
