Named for the neighborhood in which it is located, this brewery opened as part of the rejuvenated Kennedy school in 1997. It is housed in the former little girls' room of the old school, and features artwork depicting the history of beer making as well s the antics of school girls. On the fermentation tanks are portrayed some of Kennedy School's no-nonsense principals. Old Schoolhouse Pale Ale debuted in 1997 in honor of the reopening of this neighborhood landmark.
