The album contains 11 songs recorded live in June 2006 during the Great Northwest Music Tour stops at Edgefield in Troutdale, OR and the Olympic Club in Centralia, WA.

As Ezra Holbrook explains in the CD's liner notes, Lewi Longmire "writes from his heart, sings from his soul and plays guitar like Bruce Lee kicked people in the head.
